We are Australia''s largest company in this sector, providing essential services to millions of customers and communities nationally.The OpportunityYou will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and play a crucial role in providing administrative support. You''ll have the opportunity to engage with customers and the municipal council via phone and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer service experience. This role is a 7-month fixed-term maternity leave contract.Assist customers over the phone and via email in a friendly and professional manner.Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites.Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs.Reconcile, report, and audit asset management as required.Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines.Provide operational support through data analysis and customer reporting, compiling information from run sheets and internal systems (MYOSH and Verizon) to produce accurate reports for councils.About YouProven experience in a customer service or administrative role.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Attractive salary packagePaid parental leaveGreat company benefits: Annual employee share plan offer, novated leasing, optional flu vaccinations, EAP access, discounts on private health insurance, company discounts + much more!Our Process Our recruitment process involves a number of checks including, but not limited to, criminal history, medicals, drug & alcohol testing, as well as verification of qualifications, licences and right-to-work status.All internal applicants will receive a notification within 2 weeks of the closing date of this advertisement.We are dedicated to improving employment outcomes and encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
