Clemenger BBDO is looking for a resourceful and driven Business Manager to support the delivery of integrated brand and product campaigns. As we move into a creatively ambitious year, we''re searching for someone who is passionate about producing world-class work and can provide a strong foundation for the day-to-day running of key projects.You will work closely with a Senior Business Manager and Group Business Director, while leading or supporting an Business Executive across selected projects. This role also collaborates directly with a Digital Business Manager to ensure fully integrated campaign delivery across brand, sponsorship, retail and digital initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Manager, you will be a critical backbone of project delivery and client partnership.You will support and manage agency workflows, campaign development, production processes, and budget tracking to ensure work is delivered on time, to a high standard, and with a strong creative point-of-view.Your role is to nurture and strengthen client relationships by ensuring both clients and internal teams have the clarity, tools and leadership they need for seamless execution.You will demonstrate integrity, enthusiasm, precision, and a genuinely collaborative, team-first approach in everything you do.Required Skills and ExperienceA genuine passion for creativity and producing great workA confident and informed point-of-view on creative ideas and strategic thinkingStrong interest in the advertising and communications industryHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailProcess-driven mindset with strong project leadership skillsAbility to lead or support daytoday project management depending on project scaleExperience developing project plans and communicating them clearly to clients and internal teamsProven capability delivering complex projects on time and to a high standardExperience working with studio and film production (activations or nontraditional projects a strong advantage)Competent management of project budgets, monthly JCRs and revenue trackingOwnership of client and internal WIP documentation and processesAbility to deliver an excellent client experience through proactive communication and problemsolvingCollaborative by nature, with a strong teamfirst mentalityExperience supporting or managing an Business ExecutiveAbout Clemenger BBDOAs we enter a new chapterone driven by ambition, creativity, and the understanding that BIG is not about size but about mindsetwe''re excited for you to be a part of what comes next.
