Celebrating more than 30 years, CMAX is one of Australia''s largest, longest running and most experienced clinical trial units conducting successful worldleading research for local and international clients, specialising in a range of earlyphase trials and firsttime studies.CMAX operates a 78bed capacity stateoftheart facility, primely positioned opposite the Royal Adelaide Hospital and is part of the growing BioMed City precinct.About the roleAs part of ongoing business capability and growth, CMAX is seeking an inhouse Cleaner for shiftbased casual work (11am7pm, Tuesday to Saturday), reporting into the Facility Services function, with future opportunity for permanent appointment. The role will involve working autonomously to provide a highquality cleaning service in accordance with the Cleaning Standards for South Australian Healthcare Facilities 2021zahl.Key Responsibilities>IPerform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.Carry out heavyAhead cleansing tasks and special projects.Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs. Stock and maintain supply rooms.High level collaboration and cooperation with other staff and participants as required.Follow all infection prevention and control practices including, health and safety regulations.Qualifications/TrainingHLTINFCOV001 Certificate Comply with infection prevention and control policies and procedures (highly desirable).CPP30316 Certificate III in Cleaning Operations OR Certificate II Cleaning or Health Support Services (highly desirable).Skills, Knowledge & Experience15 years proven experience working in a professional cleaning capacity and health care environment.Experience using commercial or industrial cleaning products and equipment.Knowledge and understanding of Cleaning Standards for South Australian Healthcare Facilities 2021 (desirable).Knowledge and understanding of basic cleaning techniques.Knowledge and understanding of commercial cleaning equipment.Confident and professional, wellgroomed and with a high standard of personal hygiene and personal presentation.If this is the opportunity that you have been verandert, please apply by attaching your application letter and CV via the Apply Now function.
