Your work will support smooth day-to-day operations and ensure our assets remain in top condition. This role will cover the region (multiple markets) from the Brisbane River south to Tweed Heads, and north to Noosaville.What You''ll Bring To The TableWe are seeking someone who is reliable and proactive, with a practical, handson approach, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, and customerfocused with a professional attitude.What You''ll Be DoingReplace seals on equipment, fridges, and cold roomsReplace silicon in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areasInstall pest strips on doors and windowsFix and adjust doors, locks, and hingesCarry out minor leak repairs, including tap washers and small plumbing issuesInstall plugandplay appliances, including minor programming/setupPerform nonelectrical preventative maintenance tasksPatch and paint internal wallsInstall shelves and other fittingsRepair fences and gatesClear gutters and downpipes of debrisTouchup and line marking in car parks or designated areasRemove graffiti from internal and external surfacesPressure washingMaintain clean, safe, and hazardfree work areasReport major maintenance issues requiring specialist tradesKey Performance IndicatorsComplete repair and preventative maintenance tasks on time and in accordance with company policies and safety standardsDemonstrate health and safety best practices in all work carried outSafety at Collins FoodsAt Collins Foods, the health and safety of our staff and customers is our number one priority.
