This role is pivotal in ensuring all product is captured accurately and delivered on time, maintaining brand standards across all assets.The RoleOversee preproduction processes, including scheduling shoots, booking crew, and managing styling documentation.Coordinate talent casting, rates, and logistics for eComm shoots.Attend shoots to ensure smooth execution, accurate product photography, and quality control.Manage postproduction workflows, including retouching notes, image delivery, and asset uploads.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to meet deadlines and maintain brand integrity.Support site merchandising and monthly editorial design.Onsite role 5days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.The Ideal CandidateTertiary qualifications in Marketing, Media, Communications, or Advertising.12 years'' experience in eCommerce or productionrelated roles.Exceptional communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.About Brandbank GroupBrandbank was founded on bold creative thinking.
