We''re looking for a warm, friendly and people-focused Rostering & Administration Coordinator to join our Disability Services team and support services across the Border Riverina region .In this role, you''ll play a meaningful part in the lives of our participants by helping ensure the right supports are in place at the right time. You''ll coordinate staff rosters, support our frontline teams, and be a welcoming, reassuring first point of contact for participants, families, staff and visitors.No two days are the same, so this role suits someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and working alongside others in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCreating and managing participant schedules and staff rosters that balance participant needs, staff availability and fundingUsing your knowledge of the SCHADS Award to support fair, compliant and efficient rosteringResponding to changes with flexibility, care and clear communicationProviding friendly, professional front-of-house service via phone, reception and counter enquiriesKeeping records, documentation and scheduling systems accurate and up to dateSupporting care team meetings, including taking minutes and sharing informationBuilding genuine, respectful relationships with participants, families, carers, allied health professionals and colleaguesSupporting policies, procedures and workplace safety requirementsHelping out across Community Accessability locations when neededWhat you''ll bringSomeone with rostering or administration experience who enjoys supporting othersA naturally friendly communicator with a great phone mannerOrganised, reliable and calm, even when things get busyComfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling systemsFlexible, adaptable and open to learningValues kindness, respect and teamworkQualifications & ExperienceCertificate III or higher in Administration, Business or Community Services (or equivalent experience)At least 1 year experience in an administration roleCurrent Victorian Driver''s LicenceNDIS Worker Screening Check and Victorian Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Experience in the NDIS or disability sector (highly regarded)Rostering or workforce coordination experience (highly regarded)What we can offerSalary packaging benefits up to $15,900 per year taxfree, plus up to $2,650 for meals and entertainmentAccess to a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP)A welcoming, supportive team where your contribution truly mattersJob security within a large and growing notforprofit organisationOpportunities to learn, grow and build a meaningful career with a registered NDIS providerIf you''re someone who brings warmth, energy and a genuine desire to help people and you want a role where your work makes a real difference we would love to hear from you .#J-18808-Ljbffr
