This position is a full-time, ongoing role, working 10 days per fortnight or 38 hours per week.An integrated service model aimed at delivering client-centered social services includes: National Redress supporting survivors of institutional child sexual abuse; Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS), assisting newly arrived migrants and refugees settling into the community; Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) Services offering case management, and prevention support to individuals and families affected by FDV; Financial Counselling helping clients overcome hardship and building long-term financial resilience; and Housing support delivering assistance for individuals at risk or experiencing homelessness.Competitive Salary (commensurate with skills and experience)Annual leave (5 weeks) with 17.5% annual leave loadingAdditional 0.5% superannuationRegular supervision and professional development and training opportunitiesAccess to not-for-profit salary packagingAir conditioning and dependent allowance (if eligible)Salary Packaging available (tax incentives)Gifted leave over Christmas and the New Year.The successful applicant will demonstrate:Strong networking capability and experience in stakeholder engagement and advocacy.Proven leadership in program, people, project, and contract management within funded service environments.Sound risk management, compliance, and reporting skills aligned with strategic objectives and funding agreements.Highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Commitment to ethical practice, including privacy and confidentiality obligations.Current Australian driver''s licence, unrestricted working rights, and willingness to travel to remote locations.Qualifications in social work, community services, business management or related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications are desirable.
