We pride ourselves on fresh and delicious offerings while balancing lower carbon intensive menu options; The delivery of our services allows us to partner with clients and reducing the impact of the lounge operations on the planet.THE POSITIONDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of all contractual requirements and KPI''s.Financial Oversight: Lead services to achieve financial targets through rigorous reporting, forecasting and constant team training.People Management: Inspire your team with timely feedback and foster a high-performance culture that drives the account forward.Lead a high performing team across service excellence.Business Operations: Develop and implement strategies, assess performance, and align resources with our overall goals.Industry Insight: Monitor trends and provide support during significant organisational changesTHE PERSONSafety and compliance driven with a commitment of achieving zero harm culture.Proven track record in high-end hospitality delivery, managing bar and catering teams in-house or via contractors in fast-paced environments.Excellent communicator comfortable with building and maintaining relationships on many different levels, with internal and external stakeholders.You must have a "can-do attitude", and whilst you may be an excellent communicator, you must be a bigger "doer" that achieves results.Strong analytical skills, successfully managing budgets, prioritising spend, driving profit, and identifying cost efficiencies.Proficient in Microsoft Office suites and LAMS systems.Ability to create a results-driven culture with strong team spirit, fostering innovation, independent decision-making, and anticipating factors for long-term benefit.Knowledgeable in risk assessment and food hygiene (level 3 preferred), RMLV Approved Manager.You will be required to take a flexible approach to your working hours.
