Join to apply for the Frac Supervisor role at Condor Energy Services Limited.ResponsibilitiesRun the data van independently and oversee safe, efficient delivery of all frac services on site.Lead your crew by example, run team meetings, and ensure all operational and safety information is communicated clearly.Ensure all relevant paperwork, permits and job documentation are completed, current and ready ahead of each job.Work closely with the client to ensure expectations are met in a timely, professional and safe manner.Oversee chemical use, job execution and crew performance to ensure all tasks are carried out in line with Condor SOPs and job design.Perform manual labour tasks where required, including rigup and rigdown of frac equipment.Actively participate in equipment maintenance, ensuring all gear is properly checked, fit for service and aligned with maintenance requirements.Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement effective solutions. Act as permit authority and Site Safety Manager, overseeing all permitrelated operations.Complete daily reporting in Condor management systems and ensure training compliance across crew members.Carry out yearly performance reviews and support the development of your team.About YouSuccessful Candidate Will Have+5 years experience running sand delivery systems, HP pumps, hydraulic units and blender units.Experience leading teams, delegating tasks and fostering a positive, safetyfocused working environment.A full understanding of Condor QAQC guidelines and lab testing processes.Highlevel knowledge of hydraulic fracturing processes, equipment functionality and related technologies.A strong commitment to safety leadership and an ability to make sound decisions under pressure.Experience troubleshooting complex operational issues and keeping the job running smoothly.Additional RequirementsFit and able to travel and work in remote, physically demanding environments.Willing and able to travel internationally for operations or training if required.We are looking for a confident, handson leader who thrives on responsibility, promotes teamwork and brings strong communication and problemsolving skills to every job.
