Associate PhotographerDomain, a trusted Australian property brand, has joined forces with CoStar Group, a global leader in realestate data and technology. We are looking for an Architectural Photographer to create highquality media that showcases residential, commercial, and industrial properties.Role OverviewAs a member of Domain''s worldclass research and media team, you will capture and produce photographs, videos, and 3D walkthroughs that drive property transactions for millions of Australians each month. Your work will be visible across CoStar and Domain platforms, influencing buyers, renters, and commercial professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce interior and exterior media of houses, apartments, offices, industrial, and retail properties.Create engaging videos that highlight standout features of residential and commercial properties.Capture 3D Matterport walks, aerial drone footage, and gaussian splat views where possible.Develop exterior media for suburbs, parks, and schools.Use professionalgrade equipment and software to deliver visually appealing content.Travel up to a week per month, with flexibility for onsite assignments.Schedule shoots, manage onsite interactions, and communicate effectively with clients.Edit photography and video promptly to produce final projects.Stay current with new techniques and technologies, and participate in team meetings to share ideas.Basic QualificationsDemonstrable professional experience as a realestate photographer or similar role.Portfolio of realestate, lifestyle, and drone media (exterior, interior, and aerial).High School Certificate or equivalent, or recent graduate with a Photography concentration.2+ years of professional realestate photography and videography experience.Full understanding of manual camera settings and lighting.Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).Proficiency with MAC OS and MS Office.Current CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) or willingness to obtain within 6 weeks of joining.Valid Australian driver''s licence and ability to work outdoors yearround.Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 12 kg.Full and satisfactory Driving Record Check prior to commencement.Preferred QualificationsCreative problemsolving for architectural and suburban photography.Strong relationshipbuilding skills with key contacts.Flexible, adaptable, with excellent multitasking and timemanagement.Experience with commercial drone photography.Proficient in capturing and editing highquality interior and exterior videos.Deep knowledge of best practices for architectural photography and artistic vision.Physical & Travel RequirementsTravel may be required up to a week per month. Occasional night and weekend work is required on a rotating roster. You must be able to drive for up to two hours at a time and work outdoors in all seasons.Why Join Us?
