This includes strategy and day-to-day delivery across services, comms, acquisition, retention, and a fair amount of database wrangling.Review, refresh and drive member value propositionGet Life Membership and Fellowship processes back on track (and ready for Board review)Reintroduce welcome packs and clean up automated commsPlan and deliver the 2025 renewals and billing campaign (with Finance + Data Analyst)Sort out anniversary date memberships, credit card updates, and outbound commsLead a CRM/database clean-up projectde-dupe, update, fix what''s brokenLaunch and run a lapsed member campaignKick off student membership engagement and prep 2026 pricing insightsLead the scholarship process end-to-endOversee the Membership Services teamHandle membership queries, upgrades, disputes, and everything in betweenHelp prepare quarterly reports for the Membership CommitteeKeep an eye on data trends, revenue recognition, and how member types behaveYou''ll love this role if:You''re a doer.
