We take pride in nurturing our next generation of people, who can be tomorrow''s leaders and innovators in our field.About The RoleAs Service Coordinator, reporting to the Branch Manager, you''ll oversee the creation and management of workshop job documentation and prepare customer materials, including estimates, variations, and condition reports. You''ll keep customers and Key Account Managers informed with regular updates on job progress and provide additional support to the Branch Planner when needed. This role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact by helping shape a new operation from the ground up.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeReviewing scope of works and generating estimates and variations.Creating detailed condition reports.Maintaining accurate records and data management within the ERP system.Engaging with customers to ensure effective communication and service satisfaction.Assisting with scheduling to meet customer deadlines and requirements.About The PersonYou are a proactive and organised professional eager to make a meaningful contribution to a growing branch.
