The Administration Officer is responsible for supporting a range of daytoday operational activities including travel bookings, event coordination, purchasing and reception duties. The role is Monday to Friday, with flexibility in working hours (minimum 56 hours per day). A typical day may run from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm with a 30minute break, however hours can be negotiated.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and editing correspondence, reports and stakeholder communications.Greeting visitors and contractors and coordinating all enquiries at the main reception, including answering incoming phone calls.Providing general administrative support to the senior leadership team and wider office.Maintaining databases, distributing communications and recording meeting minutes.Coordinating travel arrangements, events and meetings for the business.Managing purchasing and receipt of goods, including office consumables and uniforms.Coordinating ITrelated asset management and communications.Assisting with basic project coordination and office initiatives.About YouYou are a positive and proactive team player who takes pride in delivering quality support to others.
