As a key leader within the Brand and Creative Production team, you will manage the effective delivery of all University advertising, design and production services. Under the leadership of the Deputy Director Campaigns and Brand, your primary objective will be to lead day-to-day team operations, oversee strategic brand, content and system-focused projects, and ensure the delivery of brand-consistent, code-compliant and product-aligned marketing and promotional material.ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day team operations within the Brand and Creative Production team.Oversee strategic brand, content and system-focused projects.Ensure delivery of brand, code-compliant and product-aligned marketing and promotional material.Manage workflows, stakeholder relationships and team performance to deliver high-quality outcomes that strengthen the University''s brand and reputation.Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.Position DetailsGlobal Brand and Marketing DirectorateCQUniversity BrisbaneHigher Education Worker Level 8Total Remuneration $135,403 to $150,810 pa (including salary of $114,418 to $127,437 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)Fixed-Term (until 26.02.2027), Full-TimePosition RequirementsDemonstrated experience delivering and leading successful marketing outcomes across brand management, creative production, design services, advertising and campaign delivery in digital and traditional channels.Strong people leadership capability, with proven experience supervising teams and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary environments.High level interpersonal and communication skills, including stakeholder engagement, consultation, negotiation and the ability to influence outcomes.Well-developed organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within tight timeframes.Experience using marketing technologies and large corporate systems to plan, manage and streamline workflows and collaboration between teams.Benefits17% superannuation (with the choice to join an award-winning superfund)6 weeks annual leave (incl.
