Lecturer/Senior Lecturer - Project ManagementJoin CQUniversity as a Lecturer (Level B) or Senior Lecturer (Level C) in the School of Engineering and Technology, focusing on Project and Construction Management.Base Pay RangeA$162,470.00/yr A$184,987.00/yrResponsibilitiesDeliver highquality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including online and blended delivery.Supervise research students and contribute to impactful research aligned with the School''s strengths.Support curriculum development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of teaching and learning.Engage with industry and professional bodies, fostering collaborations and enhancing the School''s research profile.Collaborate across teams and disciplines to promote a positive academic culture and facilitate interdisciplinary research.Qualifications and RequirementsPhD qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Proven experience in designing and delivering studentcentred teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.Teaching qualifications or willingness to undertake a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education.Strong supervision capability with Higher Degree by Research candidates and a commitment to developing future researchers.A growing (Level B) or established (Level C) track record of research outputs, industry collaboration, and external funding success.(For Level C) National recognition for research leadership, including success in securing competitive research grants, mentoring earlycareer academics, and leading multidisciplinary projects.Professional Certificate in Project Management (PMP), PRINCE2 Certificate or willingness to achieve these certificates (desirable).Industryengaged experience, including use of projectmanagement frameworks and communication with popular media (desirable).Membership in the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) is desirable.Benefits17% superannuation (choice to join an awardwinning superfund).6 weeks annual leave (incl.
