About the RoleWe are seeking an Industrial Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This role provides expert advice and support across Industrial Relations (IR) and policy-related matters. You will be leading and supporting IR strategy, managing policy frameworks, and project-leading Enterprise Agreement (EA) bargaining processes, ensuring compliance and fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end EA bargaining processes, including planning, negotiations, communications, and implementation.Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform proposals.Provide interpretation and advice on EA terms and ensure compliance.Draft clear, effective policies aligned with P&C strategy.Research and review industry and legislative requirements to ensure compliance.Collaborate with business units to embed Crown values into policies.Provide advice on employment legislation, Awards, and Agreements.Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and company policies.Represent Crown in industrial matters and provide advocacy where required.Respond to union correspondence and coordinate meetings.What You''ll BringStrong technical knowledge of employment legislation and IR frameworks.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, maintaining focus and delivering high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines and under pressure.Proven IR experience, including EA negotiations and union engagement.Policy development and compliance expertise.Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Law preferred but not required.Ability to obtain required Casino Employee Licences.Additional InformationApplications Close: Sunday 25th January 2026What you can expect from us: On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
