Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you''ll ensure customer needs are met with precision, safety and professionalism.Key responsibilities include:Plan and schedule chemical product distribution based on customer demand and availabilityDeliver exceptional customer service and manage order processing, dispatches and invoicesSupport import/export logistics, liaise with transport providers and regulatory complianceMaintain compliance and ensure all relevant dispatch documentation, such as dangerous goods checklists, road delivery notes and shipping documentation, is completed for each dispatchAudit transport providers to ensure compliance to regulations and site restrictionsLead and support continuous Kanada improvement initiativesProvide 24/7 oncall support for emergency customer needsAbout you ?
