Our aim is to help bring high quality and cost-effective products into the market to increase energy efficiency in homes and business.Purpose of the position:The SAA Accredited Solar PV & Battery Storage Installer position will lead residential installations to deliver high quality, timely projects with a safety-first attitude working in conjunction with the Project Manager to ensure installation targets are achieved.Lead team to complete in field installations for Solar PV, battery, and other electrical works.Support customer complaints, investigate, and resolve issues.Ability to deliver projects unsupervised and work on small scale installations.Ensuring deadlines are met and quality workmanship in maintained.Miscellaneous administrative duties and support the Operations team.Academic or trade qualifications:Licensed ElectricianSolar Accreditation Australia (SAA) Accreditation for Design and Installation of Grid connected PV and Battery systemsDriver LicenceWhite cardVU23631 Work safely on roofs with renewable energy systems (previously obtained VU22744 Work Safely in the Solar industry accredited unit of competency)Working With Children Check (WWCC)Work experience and skills:Previous experience and knowledge of Solar PV and Battery Installations.Familiarity with state legislation, regulations, and safety codes.Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise demands and oversee multiple complex tasks simultaneously.Ability to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team.Ability to implement safe work systems and meet all compliance requirements.Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.Basic computer skills Word, Outlook, Excel and CRM.Positive attitude and a consistent work ethic.Ability to work unsupervised and get things done.Additional job requirements:The successful candidate must undertake a Medical, WorkSafe Prosecution, and National Police record check prior to commencement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
