Based out of our Murarrie office, you will be the architect of our regional growth. You will lead a highperforming team of technicians, driving operational excellence and technical precision. This is a pivotal role where your ability to balance "boots on the ground" service delivery with national strategic objectives will directly impact our profitability and customer loyalty.ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development and Execution Develop and execute the Applied Service Strategy for the region to achieve our goal of becoming the leader in Applied Solutions Business in Australia.Service Delivery and Quality Provide support to applied products including commissioning, maintenance, warranty service and breakdown services.Customer Management Act as an interface for customers on Applied product performance and quality while developing and maintaining customer relationships.Staff Management and Development Lead, coach and encourage staff, especially technicians under your direction supervision to achieve performance objectives in your region.QualificationsAt least 10 years'' experience in the HVAC or similar industry, with 5 7 years in a management capacity and 3 5 years in a technical role.General understanding of HVAC with a specific focus on Applied Products Chillers, Controls and Airside.Proven ability to lead large service operations in a technical/OEM environment.Financial and commercial acumen, including P&L and contract management.Competent understanding of warranty, compliance and regulatory frameworks.Ideally a tertiary or trade qualification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or related field.Strong people management skills, with particular emphasis on developing teams and driving performance.Excellent communication skills the ability to deliver clear messages and communicate with impact with appropriate language and understanding.Ability to identify, promote and implement continuous improvements to increase efficiency and enhance quality.BenefitsYou aren''t just following a manual; you are the driver of the QLD/NT service strategy with the backing of a national brand.We pride ourselves on a "peoplefirst" approach.
