You''ll work autonomously while staying closely connected to a multidisciplinary team, collaborating on clinical decisions, advocating for women''s voices, and contributing to a positive, culturally respectful practice environment. Whether you''re conducting assessments, coordinating care pathways, mentoring peers, or strengthening partnerships with community and Traditional Owner groups, each interaction is centred on trust, respect and the unique needs of the women you serve.
