You will lead medical strategy, provide expert oversight of promotional materials, and ensure all activities meet the highest ethical and compliance standards. Acting as a portfolio lead and trusted subjectmatter expert, you will partner closely with crossfunctional teams, external vendors, and healthcare professionals to deliver meaningful medical initiatives, training, and insights that support both patients and business outcomes.Role & ResponsibilitiesExecute medical affairs strategy to support business objectives, product lifecycle management, and compliant promotional review across the portfolio.Act as portfolio SME, providing scientific expertise, clinical data interpretation, literature reviews, and medical insights to crossfunctional teams.Lead external scientific engagement, building relationships with KOLs and HCPs, representing the company at conferences, and supporting research and evidence generation.Deliver medical education and operational support, including training, medical information responses, launch materials, safety updates, and process improvements.Ensure compliance and governance, overseeing pharmacovigilance, industry codes, regulatory requirements, and development of SOPs and work instructions.Skills & Experience5+ years of Medical Affairs experience, supporting medical strategy execution, promotional review, and portfolio management across prescription and OTC medicines.Strong regulatory and compliance expertise, with advanced knowledge of advertising codes (MA, TGAC, CHP, GBMA) and pharmacovigilance legislation.Highly developed communication and stakeholder skills, with a proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build trusted relationships across internal teams, HCPs, and external partners.Excellent organisational, analytical, and problemsolving capability, with a track record of managing competing priorities, anticipating risks, and delivering highquality outcomes.Relevant qualifications, including a tertiary degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (postgraduate desirable).BenefitsExclusive employee discounts via the DBG Health Employee Shop, including MCoBeauty, Esmi Skin Minerals, Nude by Nature, e.l.f.
