You will strive to provide a positive family experience, understanding the journey of selecting schools and welcoming families into the school. Being the key representative locally and abroad, you will be target driven, enthusiastic and passionate about raising the profile and presence in key educational markets.This is a pivotal role in the school, turning data and insights into a thoughtdriven journey for families in their decisionmaking process.Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify enrolment trendsCreate a clear strategic plan to ensure the family journey is a positive experienceOversee the endtoend admissions process for domestic, international, boarding, scholarship and early learning studentsDevelop a clear pipeline of prospective students, understanding and working with the application, interviews, assessments, offers and enrolment processesOversee the school''s scholarship programmeWork closely with the marketing and communications teamRepresent the school at open days, international events and education exposManage the admissions systems and monitor the performance dataCoach and develop direct reports to ensure excellence in their workSkills and ExperienceProven track record of utilising data and systems to identify opportunities for enrolmentsSpecific experience managing admissions and enrolmentsExperience building student and family pipelines to ensure longterm relationships with prospective familiesDemonstrated people leadership experienceStrong strategic thinking skills, turning insights into actionExceptional written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travel to represent the school where requiredThis role requires deep knowledge of the independent school sector.
