Safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship are at the core of everything we do.What You''ll Be DoingPerform handson demolition labouring, including structural demolition, soft strip, and remediation works.Use hand and power tools to support controlled demolition activities, site preparation, and asset separation.Assist in the safe removal of A & B Class asbestos in line with legislative, site, and environmental requirements.Load, sort, and manage demolition materials, ensuring correct waste handling and housekeeping standards.Work alongside operators, supervisors, and team members to meet project timelines, safety, and quality standards.Follow and actively contribute to strict health, safety, and environmental procedures on site.What We''re Looking ForMinimum 6 months'' experience in demolition and/or asbestos removal.EWP and Working at Heights (highly desirable).Strong safety mindset with the ability to follow procedures and directions.Willingness to work FIFO/DIDO and across varied project locations.Reliable team player with a proactive, cando attitude.Ability to pass preemployment medical, drug and alcohol testing.What We OfferCompetitive hourly rates plus project uplift allowances.Companysupplied uniforms and PPE.Ongoing training, upskilling, and career development opportunities.Mental wellbeing support, including access to the IF Men''s Mental Wellbeing App and EAP services.Why DEMEXDEMEX is an awardwinning trusted project partner for complex decommissioning, demolition, remediation, and civil projects.
