The TeamOur Custodial Youth Justice team supports young people in a safe and secure custodial environment at Ashley Youth Detention Centre (AYDC) in Deloraine, Northern Tasmania. A safe environment is critical for the healthy development and rehabilitation of young people in a youth justice detention centre. All young people, workers including AYDC staff, teachers, nurses, service providers and contractors all need to feel safe at all times while on the site.
