You''ll partner closely with Funds Management and Investor Relations teams, acting as a focal point for client servicing and operational functions.In this role you''ll liaise with investors, custodians, consultants, and outsourced registry services to coordinate investor requests, queries, and reporting. Working alongside Senior Fund Operations Managers, you''ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure timely, accurate reporting.This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of client and internal reporting, identify requirements, and drive process improvements that enhance service excellence.You Will Make An Impact ByCollaborating with Senior Fund Operations Managers, Investor Relations, and key stakeholders to deliver highimpact performance and a premium client experience.Providing oversight and guidance across Fund Operations, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.Acting as a final reviewer and approver for critical investor documentation, including statements, offers, and compliance requests.Leading and coordinating key processes and projects, from client onboarding and AML/KYC compliance to fund setups, reporting, and process improvements.About YouWe''re looking for a proactive and detailoriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering service excellence.
