We prioritise the health, safety, and wellbeing of our participants, specialising in support for SIL (Supported Independent Living) houses and Child Protection Services.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide support with daily living activities, including housekeeping, cooking, grocery shopping, personal care, and hygiene, while maintaining safe routines and appropriate boundaries.Support children, young people, and participants with community access and transportation, including school, appointments, and activities.Use traumainformed approaches to support emotional and behavioural needs in line with individual care and behaviour support plans.Complete mandatory shift notes, handovers, and incident reports accurately and in line with Child Safety and industry standards.Administer medication safely in accordance with policies and individual care plans.Be willing to travel within the Southwest Region and participate in community access with participants.About youWe value the personal qualities you bring to this role and to our team.
