If you''re passionate about the outdoors and love sharing that with others, this is your chance to be part of something special.DutiesSupporting the delivery of tours, hikes, and daily guest activitiesAssisting with bookings, scheduling, and guest checkins for experiencesPreparing gear, vehicles, and equipment for daily operationsProviding friendly, informative, and safe experiences for all guestsWorking closely with the Activities Manager and wider team to maintain high standardsSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in tourism, recreation, or hospitalityA positive attitude and confidence interacting with guests from all walks of lifePhysically fit and comfortable working outdoors in a remote environmentGreat communication and time management skillsManual Driver''s Licence essential; First Aid & 4WD experience a plusPlease note, all applications will be reviewed in early January*This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time.
