Please note: This is a 6 month contract.Your function:The Data Entry Clerk supports essential business functions through accurate data entry, qualitycontrolled processes, and Accounts Payable support. Suitable for earlycareer accounting aspirants or mature, meticulous individuals. Flexible working arrangements apply, and location is not a barrierDay to day:Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in internal systemsConduct daily quality checks to meet accuracy standardsIdentify and resolve data inconsistenciesMaintain confidentiality of sensitive informationProcess basic invoice entries and matchingAssist with data for reconciliationsSupport AP workflow requirementsContribute to team collaboration and workflow efficienciesYour profile:Strong attention to detail and accuracyReliable and able to start immediatelyMeets daily quality standardsStrong communication and teamworkIndependent, organised, and dependableInterest or exposure to Accounts PayableExposure to accounting systems or ERP toolsCertificate-level study in business or accountingSettling in:At DLL, we are many things.
