The City of Karratha is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Aquatic Duty Managers to help deliver safe, vibrant, and high-quality aquatic experiences at the Wickham Recreation Precinct and Roebourne Aquatic Centre. As an Aquatic Duty Manager, youll play a key role in the daytoday operation of our aquatic facilities. Working closely with the Aquatic Supervisor, youll help ensure the centre operates efficiently, safely, and in line with Council policies and health regulations. When required, youll confidently step up to oversee operations and lead staff, ensuring patrons enjoy a safe and welcoming environment. What Youll Bring Proven experience in aquatic operations or supervision Strong leadership and communication skills A safetyfirst mindset with sound judgement Ability to train, guide, and support staff Confidence working with the public in a busy recreation environment What Youll Need Current Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard Provide First Aid Certificate Certificate of Competency as a qualified person in accordance with the Health Act (Swimming Pools) Regulations 1964, issued by the Executive Director, Public Health WA.
