Site Supervisor page is loaded## Site Supervisorlocations: SJOG - Geelongtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR100518Lake Imaging, founded in 2002, has become the largest radiology provider in central and western Victoria with more than 19 clinics provides a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to the St John of God private hospitals, community-based clinics and speciality centres in Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, and Warrnambool.**ABOUT THE ROLE**Lake Imaging have a new opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor, reporting to the Regional Manager - Geelong to manage the day to day operational services within the site including maintaining a high quality, efficient imaging service for our patients and referrers; providing leadership and direction to staff under supervision; to managing rosters and leave for technical staff.**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE** Maintain a high-quality, efficient imaging service at SJOG Hospital Geelong Foster a collaboratively with Radiologists, Modality Supervisors, and staff Manage daily operational tasks related to imaging services Serve as a liaison between SJOG Hospital and Lake Imaging Assist management in the ongoing growth and development of the organization Jointly responsible for daily staffing rosters**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE** Demonstrated team leadership skills Excellent diagnostic imaging skills Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities A willingness and commitment to managing a professional imaging team Eagerness to participate in further education and professional development programs Understanding and compliance with our mission statementIf you are passionate about providing outstanding patient care, possess the necessary leadership skills, and are dedicated to advancing your career, we want to hear from you!
