Humpty Doo Barramundi is Australias largest Barramundi farm. This 100% family owned and operated farm is located halfway between Darwin and Kakadu National Park and prides itself on growing a premium saltwater Barramundi for Australias retail and food service. Our mission is to responsibly produce beautiful Australian Barramundi while demonstrating our genuine care for and commitment to our people, fish, environment and partners. Role Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a refrigerated environment. Move, stack, and organize packaged products according to company procedures. Load trucks according to load plans for dispatch. Receivals for incoming packaging and associated items. Follow company safe work procedures and standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations. Support Cool Chain Management to preserve product quality. Work in a Team. Qualifications and Requirements Current and valid Forklift License (LF). Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or cold environments. Familiarity with HACCP principles and cool chain management. Ability to work in cold environments and follow strict safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety. Reliable vehicle. Physically fit. This role is based at Middle Point, NT. The farm operates 7 days a week yearround. This position will require you to pack fish at times.
