This fulltime, permanent role in Brisbane involves installing, calibrating, preventing maintenance and repairing dental equipment for internal and external customers. The successful candidate will show excellent communication skills, a clientfocused attitude and strong faultfinding ability.BenefitsFlexible work arrangements.Fully equipped, maintained company vehicle.Industryleading remuneration package.Inclusive company culture and positive team environment.Fully equipped with laptop, mobile phone, test equipment and uniforms.Reliable, consistent schedule with regional work opportunities.Ongoing professional development and training.Travel to throughout SouthEast QLD metro areas, regional & North QLD.ResponsibilitiesInstall, calibrate, maintain and repair dental equipment.Provide technical advice and support to sales team.Maintain high standards of customer contact (internal and external).Attend scheduled calls as coordinated by the Technical Service Support Coordinators.Promote company service offers and schedule preventive maintenance services.Care for tools, parts and equipment per company policies.Maintain company vehicle in accordance with vehicle policy.Keep work areas clean and tidy, adhering to quality control procedures.Complete service reports on the PDA system promptly.Provide feedback on technical service issues to management.Adhere to all health and safety procedures and report risks.Wear required personal protective equipment.Maintain awareness of internal safety procedures.Experience and QualificationsDegree or certification in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanics or Appliance Repair.Electrical License (Full or Restricted) advantageous but not essential.Radiation Safety License advantageous but not essential.Experience in dental equipment servicing.Ability to qualify for a Restricted Electrical License support provided.Strong background in troubleshooting and maintenance.Valid driver''s licence.Unrestricted working rights in Australia.Comfortable with physically demanding work.SkillsExceptional attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to dynamic environments.Team player with willingness to contribute to shared goals.Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.Practical trade/tool skills or hobbies relevant to the role.Ability to prioritise conflicting workloads and multitask effectively.Capability to manage projects through to completion.Apply NowEmbark on a journey of personal and professional growth with a meaningful impact within the healthcare sector.
