Responsibilities Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved, through knowledgeable, passionate tableside service, and leading the team to do the same. Make beverages (cocktails, pouring beers, wines, spirits & nonalcoholics) Customer communications Execution of functions and events Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times. Meeting spend per head targets. Leading the team on shift. Requirements To be successful in this role you will need: A bloody great and positive attitude Experience working in a high energy, fastpaced environment Experience with sectionwaiting & bartending Prior experience in a similar role Good organisation skills A high attention to detail A creative flair and a finger on the pulse of the hospitality industry An RP badge is nonessential, but would be favourable.
