Our team consists of nine dedicated professionals, combining experienced technicians with emerging talent. We pride ourselves on our modern facility, featuring two spray booths and advanced Car-O-Liner systems, ensuring high-quality repairs for our clients. Conveniently located in Hallam, VIC, with ample on-site parking, we foster a collaborative and professional work environment focused on excellence.The OpportunitiesWe are currently seeking two skilled tradespeople to join our team:Panel BeaterSpray PainterBoth roles offer the opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, well-equipped workshop with a strong team culture.Position Details (Both Roles)Type: Permanent Full-TimeHours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekOvertime: Available upon requestLocation: Hallam, VICContact: (03) 9796 5477Panel Beater Key ResponsibilitiesInspect and verify received parts for accuracy and qualityDisassemble and reassemble vehicles according to repair specificationsCarry out repairs in line with OEM standards and job guidelinesHandle all vehicles with care and attention to detailMaintain and responsibly use company tools and equipmentComply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements, including PPEPanel Beater RequirementsProven experience as a Panel BeaterStrong commitment to workplace safetyHigh attention to detail and quality workmanshipAbility to work effectively within a teamFlexibility with working hours (flexible arrangements can be discussed)Spray Painter Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare vehicles and panels for painting, including masking and primingMix and apply paint to manufacturer and colour-matching standardsOperate spray booths and equipment safely and efficientlyPerform quality checks to ensure a high-standard finishMaintain cleanliness of spray booths, tools, and work areasFollow OHS policies and correctly use PPESpray Painter RequirementsProven experience as an Automotive Spray PainterStrong knowledge of paint systems and colour matchingExcellent attention to detail and finish qualityCommitment to safety and cleanlinessAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefitsCompetitive remuneration based on experienceCareer development and ongoing training opportunitiesReferral bonus for recommending a friend to join our teamDiscounts on parts and toolsCompany-provided uniformsAccess to 24/7 professional counseling services for you and your immediate familyEqual Opportunity EmployerRMA Hallam is an equal opportunity employer.
