You''ll build strong relationships with clinical customers, identify opportunities, and support them with BD''s instruments, reagents, software and training, all while contributing to a culture that values collaboration, innovation and customer success.Your Day-to-DayAs a Sales Specialist Clinical Diagnostics at BD, you''ll be out in the field, partnering with public and private pathology labs to grow BD''s presence in clinical flow cytometry.Your Day Will IncludeDriving new business and managing a qualified pipeline across instruments, reagents and softwareCoordinating product presentations, demos and evaluationsPreparing quotations and supporting tenders with pricing packs and technical schedulesProviding pre and postsales technical support in collaboration with Applications SpecialistsMaintaining regular contact with key users to ensure adoption and reagent pullthroughCapturing customer requirements and coordinating with internal teams for solutionsKeeping CRM records up to date and reporting market intelligenceRepresenting BD at conferences, workshops and promotional eventsAbout YouYou''re a science professional with a strong understanding of flow cytometry and a passion for helping clinical labs succeed. You''re proactive, customerfocused, and ready to take the next step in your career.
