We are looking for career-minded retail professionals (our True Crew!) who are passionate about sales, fashion and bridal.ResponsibilitiesYour RoleProvide an exceptional and consistent experience to all brides and their party members.Work one-on-one with brides to find their dream wedding dress for their big day.Build relationships with brides throughout the entire lifecycle of the experience.Provide feedback about emerging bridal trends, accessories, and other add-on items or services.Consistently achieve andmaintainsales goals as set by management.Assistwith implementing new business ideas relating to customer experience, driving sales,new technologyand merchandising.Participate andassistwithorganisingin-store events, bridal fairs, and promotions.Maintainhighlevel of store standards bymaintaininga clean and well-organisedstore.Represent the store and the designer labels we sell in a professional and consultative manner.QualificationsYour ProfileBachelor''s degree in Apparel, Fashion or related degree preferred; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Available to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis.Minimum1 - 2years bridal sales or other consultative retail, luxury sales experience preferred.Proven sales aptitude with the ability to prospect and close retail sales.Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.Abilityto build relationships with customers and solve problems quickly and efficiently.Ability to quickly develop strong product knowledge of the bridal industry and trends.Detail-oriented with akeen understanding offashion and bridalfashion.Ability to alwaysmaintaina fashion-forward and professional appearance.Excellentorganisationalskills with the ability to self-manage working effectively to a deadline.Ateam player with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.Ability to adapt to change in an ever-growing, fast-paced environment.Physical ability to move throughout the store, lift and move up to 12 kgs, kneel,standand work on feet most of thetime.What doesitmean to be part of the True Crew?AWarmWelcome.
