To feel like royalty in a unique place with unique people. 1 Michelin Key Hotel and 3AA Rosette Restaurant.We are seeking an enthusiastic, warm and friendly professional with a passion for the hospitality industry and ensuring that guests are well looked after overnight.Engage in a handover process with the day staff at the beginning and end of shiftsClose front gates at the end of the day and re-open them the next morningConduct security checks around the hotel throughout the night, including walking around the property as well as monitoring security camerasTidy and clean the guest areasCollect breakfast order sheets and send to F&B departmentComplete any guest requests such as shoe-shining and night menu ordersRun end of day reports and distribute them to Heads of DepartmentPrepare billing for guests due to check outOrganise and prepare billing for any newspaper requests#J-18808-Ljbffr
