Loadhog Multi Skilled Maintenance EngineerAs we continue to grow and expand, we''re looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to become part of a thriving business and contribute to our ongoing success.Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this is a full-time and permanent position. The working hours will be a Panama 12-hour rotating shift, including days and nights. There is also an opportunity to get involved in continuous improvement projects to aid your personal development. The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:delivering clear written and verbal handovers to incoming shifts and the wider engineering team to ensure operational continuity and shared awareness of ongoing issues.performing scheduled maintenance across all site equipment, including:Engel Injection moulding machines and associated ancillarieswashplant systemsixaxis robots and automated conveyorsplant room assets and general factory infrastructureresponding swiftly and effectively to equipment breakdowns, prioritising minimal production downtime and rapid fault resolution.conducting preventative maintenance tasks aimed at improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reliability, and longterm performance of machinery.contributing to process optimisation by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.maintaining a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement initiatives.operating with a "cando" attitude, upholding company values and fostering a collaborative, solutionsfocused work environment.accurately recording your time spent during the shift via a timesheet and assign correct downtime events/maintenance activities using the Gemba system to support datadriven decision making.autonomously progressing projects assigned by the Engineering Manager and give updates periodically.using Ecconect software for logging moulding machine related issues with Engel that cannot be solved by the engineers on shift.Who are we looking for?Aligned with Loadhog''s core values, you''ll bring real passion to everything you do, along with a strong sense of ownership over your role and contribution to the wider business.
