Machinery Operator Esmeralda (QLD)Love machinery and working outdoors? If you know your way around tractors and graders, we want you on our team at Gunn Agri Partners.This handson role is ideal for someone experienced with machinery such as the 140H CAT Grader, 950H CAT Loader and ideally our road train, who enjoys working outdoors in a teamfocused environment. Cunningham Cattle Co. forms a major part of this platform, running safe, professional, highperforming pastoral operations built on strong culture and continuous improvement.The OpportunityWorking under the direction of the Property Manager, you''ll be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery such as the 140H CAT Grader, 950H CAT Loader and ideally our road train.What Your Work Will InvolveMachinery UseOperate graders and loaders safely and efficiently.Internal cattle carting in the road train.Maintenance & RecordsPerform daily checks, preventative maintenance and report issues promptly.Record service logs and machinery use in required systems.Safety & ComplianceFollow all WHS, Safe Work Procedures and environmental policies.Participate in safety meetings and risk assessments.Report hazards, incidents and equipment faults immediately.Communication & TeamworkWork effectively with the Property Manager to prioritise tasks.Liaise professionally with contractors and service providers.Support station operations and other duties as required.About YouExperience as a Machinery Operator on a relevantscale operation.Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to keep equipment operational.Ability to follow instructions, work independently and manage time well.Strong communication and relationship skills.Organised, motivated and comfortable working outdoors.Literacy and numeracy skills suitable for recordkeeping and compliance.Education & TrainingWillingness to undertake Cert IIIV in Agriculture (advantage).Ability to complete training such as First Aid and ChemCert.What We OfferFulltime role with overtime rates payable.Onsite airconditioned accommodation.Daily meals prepared by the Station Cook.Work with machinery and wellresourced operations.Supportive team culture with strong safety and professional standards.Opportunities for development across a large northern pastoral business.How To ApplyIf you''re an experienced machinery operator who enjoys variety, responsibility and working outdoors, we''d love to hear from you!
