Join to apply for the Theatre Technician role at Ramsay Health CareAbout the RoleSupport perioperative operations by preparing operating theatres for a range of procedures including urogynae, obstetrics, oncology, plastics, IVF, robotics, and additional Level 4 operating theatres.ResponsibilitiesPrepare operating theatres for surgical and diagnostic procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sterile and ready.Assist surgical staff during procedures, providing instruments and equipment as needed.Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly operating theatre environment in accordance with infection control and safety policies.Participate in a flexible, rotating roster schedule, with availability for parttime hours.Qualifications3 years'' experience as an operating theatre technician or equivalent.Certificate III or IV in Operating Theatre Technician Practice/Health Services Assistant, or an equivalent qualification.Ability to work flexible, rotating roster hours.National Police Check (within the last 12 months) and, where required, a WorkingWithChildren check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.RemunerationAttractive salary plus superannuation, commensurate with Cert III or Cert IV experience.About UsFrances Perry House is a leading private maternity and women''s health hospital in Melbourne.
