This project involves the safe and efficient transfer of all workshop infrastructure including machinery, shelving, and racking, into a newly constructed facility adjacent to the current site.We''re seeking an experienced Supervisor / Coordinator to lead the relocation team, ensuring all work is delivered on time, safely, and to scope. This is a handson leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in workshop moves, construction, or factory fitouts.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities, coordinating labourers, trades, and equipment useOversee safe dismantling, transport, and reinstallation of machinery, shelving, and rackingManage site logistics, workflow, and adherence to the project scheduleEnsure all WHS standards and company safety policies are strictly followedConduct toolbox meetings, site inductions, and incident reportingCommunicate effectively with project managers, site stakeholders, and subcontractorsVerify installation aligns with new workshop layout plansWhat You''ll BringProven experience in site supervision or coordination within workshop, construction, or industrial environmentsForklift licence and handson experience with workshop machinery (essential)Welding and power tool knowledge (advantageous)Strong understanding of WHS, risk management, and site complianceConfident communicator with leadership and organisational skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including some weekends, to meet project milestonesProject ScheduleMain relocation period (approx. 16 working days, excluding public holidays)Weekend work may be required before and after ChristmasFull PPE and site induction provided.Why Join GraceWell Labour HireAt GraceWell, we connect great people with great projects.
