You will nurture children''s development, support planning and documentation, and build strong partnerships with families and your colleagues.What you bring:Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), completed before October 2025Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, plus a valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)Ideally, 12 months of full-time work experience in a similar settingEnthusiasm for fostering children''s growth and creating safe, inclusive environmentsConfidence in partnering with families and working effectively in a teamA positive, can-do attitude to the role that always strives to go above and beyond for the children and families you care for daily.Availability for full-time hours and willingness to work a rotating rosterWhy partner with Early Years TalentAt Early Years Talent, we do more than advertise jobs.
