Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the comfort, well-being, and dignity of those in our care.Duties may include:Assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, and toiletingSupporting mobility and dexterityAiding with transfers and lifting using aidsCommunicating and assisting with glasses and hearing aidsDistributing clean laundry and attireCleaning equipment, utensils, and personal itemsProviding transportation for clientsAssisting clients with special needsSupporting self-administration of medicationAssisting with routine treatments and proceduresEssential CriteriaDemonstrated ability to work effectively within teamsStrong communication abilities, adept at relating to individuals from diverse backgroundsProven track record of meeting deadlinesAbility to maintain strict confidentialityCompetence in performing general tasks under supervisionLimited experience with elderly, frail, or disabled individuals in community/hospital settings?No problem!
