OverviewNo Mess Property Maintenance Services Pty Ltd was established in 2012 and is a familyowned business servicing the community across Brisbane. We are currently recruiting a qualified Tiller to deliver highquality tiling projects fulltime in QLD.ResponsibilitiesExamine plans and measure and mark wall and floor surfaces.Prep surfaces by removing old tiles, grout, cement and adhesives.Apply water and cement solutions before bedding and levelling for tile and stone placement.Lay tiles and stones in patterns to create mosaics and other designs.Use cutting tools to cut and shape tiles and stones for edges, corners and irregular spaces.Repair wall and floor tiles, stone blocks and other construction materials.Apply waterproofing systems in bathrooms, cleaning and sealing corners with silicone.Ensure all work meets building standards and is of high quality.Communicate with customers to determine needs and make recommendations.QualificationsWall and Floor Tiling qualification.Minimum 1year industry experience.Ability to work independently without supervision.Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.Reliable, positive attitude and teamwork orientation.Ability to work well under pressure.SalaryAnnual salary between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 depending on level of experience.EEO StatementWe acknowledge and appreciate the values of equal employment opportunity and cultural diversity within the workplace.
