HR and HC Drivers PerthJoin to apply for the HR and HC Drivers - Perth role at Heidelberg Materials Australia.About the RoleAgitator Driver operating Agitator trucks across Perth Metro region.Work schedule: most days start between 4am-6am, up to 10+ hours per day, ~50-55 hours per week; Saturday work available, paid at overtime rates.Compensation: base rate plus time-and-a-half for first two overtime hours; double time after 2 hours; meal allowance after 10 hours.Customer service focus interact with diverse clients and customers throughout the day.Use advanced technology for safety and route mapping.New hires complete a 10day training programme before working solo.About YouMinimum HR license (essential), preferred prior driving experience.Enjoy meeting people and engaging in conversation at sites.Value variety each day presents new situations.Maintain truck appearance; keep it clean and presentable.Pass preemployment medical, including drug and alcohol test (random testing conducted).Be within required weight limits for certain trucks.Who We AreHeidelberg Materials has over 150 years of global experience across 50 countries and is one of the largest integrated manufacturers of building materials and solutions.
