We''re practical, down-to-earth, and big on doing things properly.The RoleWe''re on the lookout for a hands-on Distillery Operator to join our regional team. This is a practical, outdoor role where no two days are the same. You''ll operate machinery, support the distillation process, and help keep the site running safely and smoothly. Boiler experience is a bonusbut if you''ve worked with farm machinery, mechanical equipment, or maintenance work and want to learn, we''ll train you. If you enjoy working with your hands, taking pride in a job well done, and being part of a small, tight-knit crew, this could be a great fit.What You''ll Be DoingOperating boilers, distillery equipment, and farm machinery (tractor, forklift, telehandler, vat trailers)Supporting distillation processes, including biomass handling and oil preparationWeighing, recording, and preparing eucalyptus oil for dispatchCarrying out routine maintenance and basic repairsFollowing safety procedures, completing logs, and joining toolbox talksSupporting harvest and farm operations when neededAbout YouYou''re practical, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a regional setting.
