About the RolePassionate Disability Support Workers required for our female-only Supported Accommodation Home located in Lilydale. The DSW will provide high-quality person-centred care to our residents living with a disability, empowering them to live the life of their choice in a residential setting.This is a part time role. You must be available to work am shifts 6.00/6.30 9.00/9.30am, afternoon shifts and sleepovers weekdays and some weekend shifts also. The shift details will be provided to short listed candidates.About YouYou will be experienced working in an accommodation setting supporting residents with a disability and behaviours. You will be joining a friendly, passionate team to support clients to live a life of their choosing.Role RequirementsCertificate IV Individual Support or DisabilityPrevious experience in Disability Support and knowledge of the Disability sectorPassion for providing ''person centred care''Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Current full Victorian Driver licenceNDIS Check, WWC and Current Level 2 First Aid CertificateAbility to work a roster weekday, weekends, morning, afternoon, and sleepover shifts.If you have the skills and passion required, please Apply Now.
