Provide exceptional customer service by handling all guest enquiries in a courteous manner, bringing your personality to light, and being your true and authentic self.ResponsibilitiesGreet, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverage items to guestsProvide personalised and outstanding service to all guestsOpen, set up and close the outletHave a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items on the menuSet, clear and reset designated working areasQualificationsAbout you:Previous Food & Beverage experience as a Section WaiterA current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificateConfident in recommending and upselling food and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and adapt to different customer needsProactive problem solving and thrive in a fast-paced environmentFlexible to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysCulture StatementWe Are Team Centric!
