Community Inclusion Worker Social Connections (Day Program)At Scope, We Celebrate People!We have an exciting seasonal opportunity for our sports-focused, active, and motivating Disability Support Workers to take on the role of Community Inclusion Worker across our Melbourne Balloon Football and Inclusive Hockey programs based across Keilor and Parkville.Reporting to the Community Inclusion Project Lead, this role is all about bringing Scope''s Community Inclusion programs to life. You''ll facilitate fun, safe, and engaging weekly Balloon Football and Inclusive Hockey games for people with disability, build strong relationships with clients, families, volunteers, and school students, and ensure each session runs smoothly with equipment ready to go. In addition to leading the seasonal weekly games, you may support Community Inclusion events and expos, help promote programs locally, and strengthen connections with community groups.
