Customer Service Agent | BrisbaneReporting directly to the Agent Team Supervisor, your team are responsible for delivering a high level of customer service. We are looking for reliable and conscientious individuals with a passion for customer service to join our friendly Customer Service Centre team located in Brisbane. We have a large carpark for staff onsite, as well as end of trip facilities, so no need to worry about parking or public transport.We celebrate our staff milestones with regular morning teas and lunches, hold fun social activities throughout the year. We are focused on the health and wellbeing of our team through activities such as fitness initiatives, mental health checkins, charity fundraising and fresh fruit deliveries to name a few.About The RoleYou will pride yourself on delivering remarkable customer service and great results, to help ensure we are planning towards the perfect day for our customers.Handle a range of inbound customer calls from around Australia.Effectively manage customer orders for concrete and aggregate products.Shifts are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm on weekdays, however, you will need to be flexible to work between 4am-7pm as these are the business operational hours, and occasionally we will need you to cover these times (with notice).Be rewarded with a quarterly bonus based on your individual performance.This is a fulltime permanent position where you will be given your roster in advance. During our 4week roster period, you will work a 5hour Saturday shift and in return get an RDO the following week.Background, Skills, and Experience RequiredTraining Absolutely no logistics or construction industry experience necessary learn it all through our wellestablished and structured 4week training program.Problem Solving work together and innovate to meet the challenges of the day.
